CHOCA was beginning to get active in CHOCA House itself and CHOCA around Lisbon. But since lockdown tings have kinda collapsed ... therefore, as overall organizer who doesnt actually like organizing I'm asking strategy advice about how to get choca to function!!

What are CHOCA's 1 year goals?

 

Find places to run art activities: courses + 1-offs in Lisbon ( ub schools, local community centres etc )  

Get more participants for art activities in choca house  

Find artists to rent choca art studios so choca can pay the rent - CHOCA House + bills =

 1200€

 

get team organizer who already knows about community arts project!!  

CHOCA alreadty has a team of art coordinators which is spuposse to include how to run choca itself. 

Monthly Meet Ups to organise: before lockdown 5 / 6 ppl, online = very poor atendance, eg. 2 / 3 / 0  

How many is needed ot function??
