Suggestion:
a, Use a 3b or softer pencil so u can draw quicker.
b, Use a mechanical pencil u don't have to keep stopping to sharpen
c, Use a stump ( or improvise with a fat pencil + t-shirt ) to add skin color quickly
Objective: draw as many faces as pos without worrying how good they are
