2/4: Rebuilding CHOCA Team to run art activities in CHOCA House + CHOCA Around Lisbon

June 2017 - March 2020 ( Lockdown): 'CHOCA House' Art activities functioning - esp. the drawing ones. 'CHOCA Aound Lisbon' ( the idea of taking art activities to schools, homes for senior citizens, to art centres etc : sometimes paid othertimes voluntarily) has never been active at all.

March 2020 - May 2021: 2 / 3 weekly online drawing sessions.

June 2021 - onward: CHOCA now wants to get stragies to be able to run art activities in CHOCA House + CHOCA around Lisbon!!

Stage 1: Brain storming objectives and strategies to make CHOCA House + CHOCA Around Lisbon functional...

CHOCA alreadty has a team of art coordinators which is spuposse to include how to run choca itself.

Monthly Meet Ups to organise: before lockdown 5 / 6 ppl, online = very poor atendance, eg. 2 / 3 / 0
